Second Step:
Method:
First place water and 1 table-spoon salt in a presser cooker.
Next cut the fish bailey and clean well.
Then now cover the fish with thin cloth.
And then the covered fish place into presser cooker water and keep it on heat for 90 minutes or until boil enough.
And now heat the oil in a frying pen and add the sliced onion and fry until come brown color.
And then add the all masala and salt except green chili.
Add the little water and keep on heat for few moments. Add green chili just before remove from heat.
Then Now transfer the boiled fish on a dish and place the cooked masala around the fish.
Finally garnish and serve with salad and potato fry.
