Ingredients:
Carrots(medium) 10-12
Ghee 1 cup
Cardamoms 3-4 pieces
Sugar as preferred
Water as needed

Step:
Method:
First chop
the carrots into thin slices. Boil the carrot slices in water.
Then grind
the boiled carrot slices on a pot to make a soft paste. And add milk.
And heat a
pan with the ghee. Add the carrot paste, cardamoms and sugar. Stir well
continuously so that the carrot paste becomes sticky and dough-like.
Then by now
the ghee should start to simmer on top. Pour the haloowa on a flat tray.
Cut out
diamond shapes (barfi shapes) or any preferred shapes and place the shapes on a
plate. Allow the haloowa barfi to chill for a few minutes.
Finally serve
this Carrot haloowa any decorated plate or bowl.
