Ingredients:
Plain
flour 3/4 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
White
flour 3/4 cup
Salt to taste
Paneer
(grated)(cheese) 1 ½ cups
Chopped
coriander 2 tbsp
Chopped
green chilies 1 tbsp
Chili
powder 1 tbsp
Mango
powder (dried) 1 tbsp
Ghee for cooking

Step:
Method:
First combine
all the ingredients and knead into a soft, smooth dough using enough water.
Divide the
dough into 5 equal portions. Keep aside.
Then divide the
stuffing into 5 equal portions. Keep aside.
Roll out
one portion of the dough into a circle of 75 mm. If you want 3” inch diameter
using whole wheat flour for rolling.
And place
one portion of the stuffing in the center of the circle. Bring together all the
sides in the center and seal tightly.
Then roll
out again into a square of 125 mm. using
whole wheat flour.
Cook on a
hot (griddle), using a little oil, until both sides are golden brown.
Repeat with
the remaining dough and stuffing to make 4 more parathas.
