Bengal gram 1 cup
Kazoo 1½ cups
Kazoo rebate 1 table spoon
Sugar 2 cups
Milk 500 grams
Ghee 2 tablespoons
Almond 1 tablespoon
Cardamom, cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Warm water 1 tablespoon
Second Step:
Method
First wash the gram are boiled with milk. And now heat ghee in a pan of cashew nuts and sugar separately. Make syrup with sugar and water, boiling nice and perfectly.Now add cashew nuts on low heat. Then mix well. Now remove from heat on to smooth surface and thin quickly with a rolling pin. Garnish with cashew nut poured on bar phi. And cut into any shape, if you want.
Finally serve this bar phi any decorated plate. And reserve any tin or refrigerator.
