First Step
Ingredients

Chicken slice     1 1/2  cups
Poppy rebate    1 cup
Ripe tomato paste   1 cup
Yogurt    1 cup
Oil    1 cup
Almond paste  1 tablespoon
Butter   1 tablespoon
Ginger paste   1 teaspoon
Garlic paste  1 teaspoon
Sugar   1 teaspoon
Cardamom   3 pieces
Cinnamon    3 pieces
Salt    little

Second Step
Method


First cut the chicken pieces into medium or small size. Wash it very well. And add salt well, mix and set aside. Chop onions into very small and thin or medium  slices. Slit green chilies. Dice about 7 to 8 tomatoes into small pieces.

Now grind ¼ th cup of posto with ½ cup of water. And then add a little more if needed. The paste should be of thick consistency. Add a green chili and salt to taste, while grinding in mixer. Its well.

When heat oil in pan. Then add the onions pieces. Cook them on low heat. After they are soft add tomatoes. Keep cooking on low heat with a cover on.

 Then add chicken pieces. Keep cooking on low. The chicken will release some liquid. Now  add salt. Add 4 brown cardamoms. Cut slits into them before you add them. Add the green chilies, pepper and little milk. Take a fork and stick it into the chicken to see if it is cooked through. Add posto, about 4-5 tablespoons of the paste is enough. You taste the salt. And Usually adding water is not needed as the chicken gives out liquid by itself. But if for some reason you have lost that, you may add  1 3rd cup of water. Take off heat.

Finally serve it any plain rice or smelled rice
