First Step:
Ingredients:
Beef 1.4 kg
Vegetable oil 100 ml
Garlic 4
Onion 5
Capsicums 1 pcs
Chilli powder 2 tsp
Oregano 2 tsp
Cumin 2 tsp
Coriander 2 tsp
Tomato paste ¼ cup
Tomato 2 pcs
Bean 1 cup
Second Step:
Method:
First heat 1 teaspoon of oil
in a heavy based stockpot or large flame proof casserole dish over medium high
heat.
Then add one-third of the
mince and cook, stemming with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps, for five minutes or until the mince changes color
And add to a large bowl.
Then in 2 minutes or more
batches, with oil and the remaining mince.
Plea heat the remaining oil
in the stockpot over medium high heat.
And add the onion, garlic,
and capsicum and heavy cook, stemming for 5 minutes or until onion is soft.
\Then add the chili ,
oregano, cumin and coriander and cook, stemming for 2 minutes or more.
Now stir in the mince, tomato
paste, beans, and tomato. And add the oil.
Then reduce heat to
medium-low. Now cook for 25 minutes or
more.
Finally add salt ad pepper.
