|| Home Made Falooda ||

First Step:
Ingredients:

Milk    2 cups(Full fat)
Jelly     ½  cup (Strawberry)
Rose syrup    6-7 tbsp(Rooh afza)
Falooda seeds  1 tsp (Basil seeds)
Falooda sev     ½  cup
Pistachios     5 sliced
Almonds    4,  sliced
Vanilla ice cream  5 scoops
Cherries    2 (for garnish)



Second Step:
Method:

First bring milk to boil and simmer till it reduces to 1 and  ½  cups. Turn off flame and bring to room temperature.

Then add 1 and ½  to 2 tbsp of rose syrup to the milk and mix. Chill until use.

Now make jelly by following the instructions on the packet. And cool and refrigerate. Once cool, cut into small cubes and set aside.

Then make falooda sev by following the link provided above. Place in cold water and refrigerate until use.

And now soak falooda seeds in water for 25 minutes and allow to bloom. Set aside.

Then chill the serving glasses in the fridge for half an hour.

Now to assemble falooda: Take the chilled serving glass and add a generous tbsp of rose syrup or rooh afza.

Then add 2 tbsp of jelly cubes, followed by 2 heaped tbsp of bloomed falooda seeds.

Next layer with ¼  cup of falooda sev or vermicelli  noodles. Slowly pour the chilled rose milk till 3/4th of the glass. Next add two scoops of vanilla ice cream on top.




And finally serve this falooda any decorated glass.

|| Home Made French Fry ||

First Step:
Ingredients:

Potatoes(pilled)   8 pieces
Vegetable oil    10 cups
Equipment: a deep-fat thermometer; an adjustable-blade slice fitted with French fry or large or 1/4-inch julienne blade.
Black pepper   1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Salt  1 tsp




Second step:
Method      :

First heat 12/2 inches oil to 320°F in a 5-quart heavy pot over medium heat. While oil is heating, cut potatoes with slice into 1/4-inch sticks.


Then fry potatoes in 5 batches for 1 1/2 minutes per batch potatoes will not be golden and transfer with a slotted spoon to paper towels to drain.


Then add black pepper and white pepper,salt and flour.

And now heat oil to 350°F. Re fry potatoes in 5 batches until golden and crisp, about 5 minutes per batch, and transfer to clean paper towels to drain. Return oil to 350°F between batches.




Finally serve this French Fry any decorated plate or bowl.

|| How to Cook Chilli Beef (চিলি বিফ) ||

First Step:
Ingredients:

Beef  1.4 kg
Vegetable oil    100 ml  
Garlic    4
Onion  5
Capsicums   1 pcs
Chilli powder  2 tsp
Oregano    2 tsp
Cumin  2 tsp
Coriander     2 tsp
Tomato paste  ¼ cup
Tomato     2 pcs
Bean   1 cup



Second Step:
Method:

First heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a heavy based stockpot or large flame proof casserole dish over medium high heat.

Then add one-third of the mince and cook, stemming with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps, for  five minutes or until the mince changes color

And add to a large bowl.
Then in 2 minutes or more batches, with oil and the remaining mince.

Plea heat the remaining oil in the stockpot over medium high heat.

And add the onion, garlic, and capsicum and heavy cook, stemming for 5 minutes or until onion is soft.
\Then add the chili , oregano, cumin and coriander and cook, stemming for 2 minutes or more.

Now stir in the mince, tomato paste, beans, and tomato. And add the oil. 

Then reduce heat to medium-low. Now cook for 25 minutes  or more.

Finally add salt ad pepper.


Now finally serve this dish any decorated plate.
