First step:
Ingredients:
Mutton  2 kg
Ghee  250 gram
Red
chili   10 pieces
Turmeric   20 gm
Onion 1 cup
Ginger  5 gm
Yogurt   500 gm
Fry  7
pieces
Salt   as needed
Coriander
powder  1 tbs
Garlic
paste  20 gm
Garam
masala   as needed
Second
Step:
Method:
First
mutton slice cube and cube. Then add coriander paste, Chili paste, Turmeric paste.
Now Onion
sliced half. And then add ghee,fry and garam masala.
Let the
beautiful smell of the onion . When the meat flavoring half cooked. Meat flavoring
all slice paste masala add this.
And when
meat dry,then add salt and yogurt. When dry yogurt ,then add hot water 2 liter.
Then  put sagging,  and when  mutton get soft,then add (if you want) potato.
 Remove the broth .
Finally
serve this dish any decorated plate or bowl.
