|| How to Make Easy Soupy Noodles ||

First Step:
Ingredients:

Maggie noodles  4 packet
Chicken stock  8 cup
Pepper powder   1 tsp
Green pepper  5 pieces
Soya sauce   2 tbsp
Cornflour   3 tbsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Butter  1 tbsp
Tomato slice  1/2  cup
Capsicum   1/2  cup
Onion slice   ½ cup
Boiled chicken   1 cup
Salt  little




Second Step:
Method:


First take  boil noodles magi.  Chicken stock with ghee and butter, pepper and onion powder, soy sauce and corn flour goals care frequent stir well.

Then add tomato slice, capsicum slice, slice chicken.

And now the noodles mixed with a little bit of light firewood.

And then add green pepper.

Please remove from oven(stove)

Finally serve this dish any plate.


This is so so yummy and delicious.

|| How to Prepare Cook Mouri Chicken ||

First Step:
Ingredients:


Chicken   1 kg
Fennel rebate   2 tbsp
Ginger paste  1 tsp
Garlic paste   1 tsp
White mastered paste  1 tsp
Pepper paste    1 tsp
Turmeric paste 1 tsp
Coconut paste   1 tbsp
Nut paste   1 tbsp
Onion paste  1/2  cup
Yogurt    1 cup
Green pepper     6
Oil    1 cup
Salt   little




Second Step:
Method:


First on stove fennel and onion in hot oil in the paste . To inflict all the ingredients in one day. Now let a little water.

And cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Spices on the meat in oil. Again cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Then Open the lid carefully with a little water and cook 10 minutes more.

Now add the green pepper. Take off the stove.


Finally serve this amusing smell dish any decorated plate with white polao or any rice.

|| How to Make Nimki Chicken ||

First Step:
Ingredients:

Flour  2 cups
Oil   1  ½  tbsp
Sugar  1 tsp
Salt  little
Baking powder  1/2  tsp
Chicken minced   1 cup
Chopped onion  1 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves  2 tbsp
Green pepper  2 tsp
Ginger paste  1 tsp
Garlic paste  1 tsp
Oil    for fry





Second Step:
Method:

First salt, flour, oil and sugar Mix well together, mixed with light water as a 1-hour, leaving the Dow.

Then the other elements are covered with minced meat cooked with a little olive oil, cumin well.

The small coconut in the form of minced meat filling inside her mouth and stuck a better place.

Then fry them in hot oil.


Finally serve this NimkiChicken any decorated pot or plate.

Custard powder  5 tbsp
Milk 1 1/2  cup
Vannila   1/2 tsp
Sugar  1/2 cup
Ghee 1 1/2 tbsp
Fruits(Banana,Grape,Apple) 2 cup
Kaju badam   1 tbsp
Raisin   1 tbsp





Second Step:
Method:

First heat ghee and fry the bread slices. Make the sugar since and cut the apple into this sugar.

And mix sugar and milk. Cold this resin.
And now add vanilla, custard .

Then add this all ingredients and serve this dish.







Finally serve this dish any decorated bowl.

Ingredients:


Bread   10 pieces
Egg   4
Milk  2 cups
Oil  For fry






Second Step:
Method:

First take the bread and milk . Now add milk, and then boil egg.

Then half of the bread with egg. And give back.

Now deep fry for brown color.

Take oil up

Finally serve this Chop any decorated plate or bowl.

Mutton (Minced meat)   250 gm
Bengal gram   100 gm
Salt  2 tsp
Onion(sliced)   1/2  cup
Prawn  1/2  cup
Garam masala   4/5 
Ginger paste   1 tsp
Turmeric paste   1 tsp
Cumin paste  1 tsp
Oil   For fry





Second Step:
Method:

First add all ingredients,and put one hour.
Then mix again. Now make like shape chop.

And then fry in oil, Whenever color golden.
And serve this chop polao,biriany,or any rice or parata.

finally serve this dish any decorated plate or bowl.
This is so so crispy and delicious mutton chop.

First Step:
Ingredients:

Almond (nut)    250 gm
Sugar  250 gm
Ghee   20 gm
Egg  1 
Garam masala  3/4
Milk  1 cup






Second Step:
Method:

First on your stove.And then give ghee, and heated on ghee . Add sugar, milk, egg, badam and garam masala.

Then blend together. 

Now stir stay slowly .And thrilling the move.

And serve cut in your  choice.

Finally serve this dish any decorated plate or bowl.

|| Cooked Mutton(Khashir Mangsho Ranna) ||

First step:
Ingredients:

Mutton  2 kg
Ghee  250 gram
Red chili   10 pieces
Turmeric   20 gm
Onion 1 cup
Ginger  5 gm
Yogurt   500 gm
Fry  7 pieces
Salt   as needed
Coriander powder  1 tbs
Garlic paste  20 gm
Garam masala   as needed






Second Step:
Method:

First mutton slice cube and cube. Then add coriander paste, Chili paste, Turmeric paste.

Now Onion sliced half. And then add ghee,fry and garam masala.

Let the beautiful smell of the onion . When the meat flavoring half cooked. Meat flavoring all slice paste masala add this.

And when meat dry,then add salt and yogurt. When dry yogurt ,then add hot water 2 liter.

Then  put sagging,  and when  mutton get soft,then add (if you want) potato.

 Remove the broth .


Finally serve this dish any decorated plate or bowl.

|| Easy Chocolate slice ||

First Step:
Ingredients:

Butter  150 gm
Egg  2
Sugar (brown)   1 ½  cup
Vanilla   1 ½  tsp
Plain flour   2 cups
raising flour   1/3  cup
Cocoa  3 tsp
Coconut  1/2  cup



For Icing:

Hot water    2 tbsp
Butter   2 tsp
Cocoa   2 tsp
Icing sugar  1 cup

Second Step:
Method:

First mix all slice ingredients’ together and bake in slice tin for 30-35 minutes at 200 c.

And now meanwhile, combine icing all ingredients in a plate or bowl.

Then cool slice, and now ice with chocolate icing and sprinkle with extra shredded coconut.


And finally serve this chocolate slice any decorated plate.

|| How to Make Vapa Pitha ||

First Step:
Ingredients:

Rice (parboiled)  1 cup
Rice flour   2 tbsp
Liquid milk   1/3 cup
Salt  as needed


For the filling:

Coconut(fresh grated)

Like meat, instead,date molasses from silver date palm.(you can may use)




Second Step:
Method:

First soak the rice overnight or at least 5/6 hours. And now drain the water and let the rice drained out well.

Then grind it in a grinder or coffee grinder. And add the store bought rice flour with it.

And now mix some water and milk. Please don’t take too much. Then around 1/3  cup.And add salt, sprinkle water ,milk in a way that the flour must seem wet, not dry at all. It should look like batter. Don’t add the liquid at the time. Need not that much liquid.  If the flour binds together if you some of them in your palm, the flour is ready. Must not be dry  that it doesn’t hold together . If the flour is ready, then the pitha will break apart.

Then now sieve the flour through the strainer. Take 2 pieces of clean cotton cloth and 2 small bowls.

And now in the bowl spread some flour, then add the coconut and jaggery. Now cover it with another layer of flour. Please don’t press too much or else, will break down while placing it for steaming. And cover it with a piece of cloth and put in the steamer. Now tap the bowl slightly., so that you can remove the bowl easily. And remove the bowl and cover the pitha with the remaining ends of the cloth. 

Then steam for 5/6 minutes. Prepare the same way using the other bowl and cloth. Please you remove one pitha and place another. For steaming I don’t have that specific utensil for making vapa pitha. And any steamer will do. You can do more than one at a time. Some times I just take a small saucepan with water and place a large metal strainer or large slotted spoon over it, so that it covers the face of the utensil. And boil the water and steam the vapa pitha on it. You must put the lid on while steaming.


Finally serve this vapa pitha any decorated plate or bowl.

|| How to Prepare and design Nokshi Pitha ||

First Step:
Ingredients:

Rice flour  2 cups
Sugar/date  1 ½  cup
Salt 1 ½  tsp
Water  as needed
Oil(for kindling and design)  3 ½  tsp
Oil  for deep frying



Second Step:
Method:

First boil water with salt and when water comes to boiling point, and then add rice flour.

Then mix, stir, cover it with lid and turn off the heat. And rest this under closed for 15 minutes.

Now knead well the dough with 2 and ½ tsp oil.

And then divide the dough into 4 and knead each dough well to make it smooth and soft.

Then roll each ball out on a rolling pin to make a thick flat bread.

If you want to brush some oil and water over the flat bread. Now cut and design shape with tooth pick.And with off cut you will ad be to make 3 more Nokshi Pitha”s, so this recipe will makes 7-8 Nokshi Pitha”s.

And now put all pitha under air for 2-3 hours. And if you want to store sun dry it for 5-6 day and put into airtight container till you want to fry them.

Make syrup:

Make syrup with sugar/date jiggery and ½  cup of water, keep it aside.

Then heat oil for deep fry and when oil is ready fry each Nokshi Pitha on medium heat till it becomes deep golden brown.

Now remove pitha from oil and put into syrup for 5 minutes.


Finally serve this Nokshi Pitha any decorated plate or bowl.

First Step:
Ingredients:

Boneless chicken 250 gram
Stalk celery(diced)  1
Chopped onion  4 pieces
Golden apple(peeled)  1  pieces
Golden raisins  1/2 cup
Seedless green grapes,halves 1/2 cup
Chopped toasted pecans  1/2 cup
Black pepper  1/8 tsp
Curry powder   1/2 tsp
Mayonnaise(light)  3/4 cup




Second Step:
Method:

First add all ingredients to list. And now in a large bowl combine the chicken, celery, onion, apple, pepper, curry powder, raisins, grapes, mayonnaise, and pecans. Then mix all together.


And now serve this dish any decorated bowl.

|| Recipe of Salsa Chicken ||

First Step:
Ingredients:

Cheese  1 cup
Sour cream   2 tbsp
Salsa 1 cup
Skinless,boneless chicken breast halves 4
Taco seasoning mix  4 tsp



Second Step:
Method:


At first preheat oven to 380 degrees F.

Then place chicken breasts in a lightly greased 9 x 12 inch baking dish.

Now sprinkle taco seasoning on both sides of chicken breasts, and pour salsa over all.

And now bake at 380 degrees F for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is tender and juicy and its juices run clear.

Then sprinkle evenly with cheese, and continue baking for an additional 5-6 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

And sour cream top with desired.


Finally serve this dish any decorated plate or bowl.

Ingredients:

Curry powder   2 tsp
Mayonnaise  1/2  cup
Boneless Chicken(cooked, chopped)  250 gram 
Celery(chopped)  as needed




Second Step:
Method:

First add all ingredients and in a medium bowl, stir together the chicken, celery, curry powder and mayonnaise .


Finally serve this dish any decorated bowl.

|| How to Make Chitau Pitha ||

First Step:
Ingredients:

 Rice powder  500 gm
Milk  1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Coconut  2 cup
Ghee 2 tbsp
Cardamom  7 pieces
Salt  as needed




Second Step:
Method:


First soak the rice for about 3-4 hours. And grate the coconut. Then grind the cardamom.

Now wash the rice properly and then add milk and coconut to it. Then grind the mixture of rice, milk and grated coconut to form a batter.

And now add sugar, baking powder, cardamom powder and salt to it and thoroughly whip the same.

Now then keep the batter aside for 2 hours.

Then pre-heat the frying pan with 1 tbsp ghee.

And now the pan is heated put 2 tbsp of batter and spread to give the shape of the pan cake.

Please cover the lead. Put the pan on low flame for about 3 minutes.

Then thereafter open the lead and take out delicious and crispy chitau pitha.

And prepare pithas from rest of the batter.


Finally serve this Chitau Pitha any decorated plate or bowl.

|| Healthy Potato Motor ||

First Step:
Ingredients:

Potato  1 cup(cut into small pieces)
Peas(motor)  1 cup
Ginger paste  ½ tsp
Green chilly  3 (chopped)
Peppercorns(whole) 5
Date   1/4  cup
Salt  as needed
Black pepper  ¼  
Butter 1 tsp
Meat  1/2  cup



Second Step:
Method:

First in a pan into stove and add all ingredients to ¼  cup water and boil. Now add sliced beef.

Then cook covered for 7 minutes or till potatoes are cooked.

And now when potatoes are cooked ,then add pepper and butter.Please mix for a minute.


Finally serve this potato motor any decorated plate or bowl.

|| How to Fry Chicken Pakora ||

First Step:
Ingredients:

Chicken(cut in small pieces)  500 gm
Chopped garlic  4 pods
Chopped coriander leaves  1 cup
Green chili   5 pieces
Egg  1 pieces
Lemon   a pinch
Flour  1/2  cup
Baking powder  1/2  tsp
Oil  for fry
Salt  as needed




Second Step:
Method:

First marinate chicken with finely chopped garlic, coriander leaves, green chilly, salt and set aside for at least 15 minutes.

Then beat the egg with flour, baking powder , lemon  and add to the marinated chicken just  before frying.

Now about 4 tbsp of water to make the batter of dropping consistency.


And then heat oil in a small deep fry pan. When the oil is hot to medium low and add the chicken pieces.

Now fry each side for about 4 minutes so that the chicken is cooked inside. When fry till brown on the outside, then remove from oil and place on a paper towel to soak up excess oil.


Finally serve this Chicken Pakora any decorated plate or decorated bowl.

|| Home Made Coconut Nadu ||

First Step:
Ingredients:


Coconut(grated)  200 gm
Date molasses/sugar   350 gm
Water   ¼  cup




Second Step:
Method:

First dilute date molasses  in water and put on medium heat. Then let come to boil.

And then add the grated coconut and mix on slow fire till the mix becomes sticky. If you want approx 6-7 minutes.

Now try to make small round balls with the mix. If the balls from well then the mix is ready.

Then remove from heat and let cool down.


Please remember this coconut Nadu hardens when cooled down.

Finally serve this coconut Nadu any decorated plate or bowl.
