|| Chicken Fry (KFC Style) ||

First Step: 

Ingredients:



  milk half cup
  vinegar 1 tbs 
  1 tsp ginger 
  1 tsp garlic
  1 tsp paprika
  half tsp black paper
  salt
  coriander 1 tsp
  basil 1 tsp
  oregano half tsp
  mustard sauce half tsp
  chili powder half tsp
  flour 1 cup+ salt + black paper
  egg 1+ 3 tbs  milk+ ginger and garlic each half tsp

 Second Step:

 Method:

 First, mix all the ingredients above. Mix 4 pieces of meat and keep them     for  3 hours.


 Mix 1 cup of flour in a separate bowl of garlic and mix it with 1 chacha and  then mix it with the mixture and mix it with the flour mixture. It will be mixed  4 times.

And finally serve this dish any type of food.

Ingredients:





Sugar  1 cup
Milk    1 liter 
Cardamom  5 pieces
Cinnamon   5 pieces
Cashew nut  1/2 cup
Peanut         1/2   cup
pistachios    1/2 cup 
Raisin         1/2 cup
Ghee          1/2 cup



Second Step:
Method:

Sugar should be given to the bowl when it comes to thickening of milk. Need to be fry with fried cloves. After that, you need to take down the cashew nut, pea nut, raisin, pistachio nut, cardamom and cinnamon.
To serve in a cool place.
