|| Mango Yogurt ||

First Step:
Ingredients:




Mango ripe  1
Full fat milk 2 cups
Sour curd   1 cup
Condensed milk 1 cup
Sugar  5 tablespoons
Saffron for garnishing 

Second Step:
Method:

First take the mango ripe and fill it now.And now chop the mango and make puree by grinding in a food processor. Take the mango puree and out of the food processor and pour into a bowl. Now take the chess  cloth and pour the sour curd on the cheese cloth and tie and hanged from your kitchen tap for 2 hours.
And now the take milk in a sauce pan and place on heat to boil milk.Boil the milk till the quantity become 1/3 of original amount.When the milk come 1/3 original amount  turn off the heat and and let the milk to cool down.
Now take an ovenproof bowl and the hung curd into it.Spread the curd inside the bowl by using your hand.Add the warm milk,condensed milk and mix them all together very softly.After mixing them add the mango puree to the milk mixture and again mix them softly.
And now preheat the oven on 180F and place the mango yogurt mixture preheated the oven for 1 hour or until the yogurt sets.
When fill the yogurt settled, then turn off the oven and let the yogurt inside the oven for overnight.
In the morning remove the Mango yogurt from the oven and place inside the refrigerator the chilling.

Finally serve this recipe any time.

First Step:
Ingredients:

Egg(boiled)  5 pcs
cumin   ½ teaspoon
Bay leaf   2 pcs 
Oil    ½ cup
Garlic paste  1 teaspoon
Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
Green pepper  5/6
Cinnamon  3 pcs
Salt  as you need
Cumin paste  1 teaspoon
Onion grated  1 cup

Coconut juice 4 cups




Second Step:
Method:

At first, the egg should be sifted out and stored. Heat oil in the stove and the eggs will be wet. In the oil, add mustard seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon boil. Now, if the onion are light brown, then add garlic paste, ginger paste, and add coconut juice, cumin paste , sugar and little coconut milk.

Finally serve this dish any decorated plate with any type of rice.

Ingredients:

Orange or lemon  2 thick slices
Boiling water 2 cups
Sugar of choice to taste

Black tea  2 teaspoons





Method:

There should be two for each glass. You can mix flavours if wished but it is a good idea to start with one flavour until you know which flavours that you prefer. Allow to sit for a minute or two to allow the citrus oils to release and infuse the water The tea should be weak to normal, not strong-tasting.
Then sweeten to taste if wished.Finally add a slice and enjoining it.

First Step:
Ingredients:

Sugar   3 cups
Water  3 cups
Salt     as you need
Flour   1 cup
Suzy   1 table spoon   
Ghee  1 teaspoon
Baking Powder  1 teaspoon
Oil      for fry 




Second Step:
Method:

First, if the milk is hot, yeast should be done with flour, Suzy , baking powder and 1 teaspoon of sugar. After mixing with boiled potato and ghee yeast before preparing it, Zilapi should be prepared in the desired shape. Then there will be fry till brown color.You should then put the sugar in the veil before it. Finally, it should be served cold or hot.

Ingredients:




Banana  2 pieces
Salt  as you need
Oil  2 cups


Second Step:
Method:

Cut the bananas first and keep aside for 5 minutes. Then the oil should be given to the oil in the stove, if the hot pieces of the banana pieces should be light brown by grinding it.

Then serve with bit salt.
